Dora has found her answer in authentic, friend-like communication—and she's discovered that Fancim M is the perfect space to nurture this natural style. Her approach proves that you don't need to choose between being professional and being genuine.
What makes her strategy particularly valuable is how sustainable it is. While many creators burn out trying to maintain elaborate fan engagement systems, Dora has built lasting relationships through something much simpler: treating her community like actual friends.
For creators wondering how to build authentic connections without losing themselves in the process, Dora's approach offers a blueprint that's both effective and mentally healthy.
Today, we'll explore her streaming philosophy, her practical use of Fancim M, and the invaluable advice she has for creators just starting their journey.
"I started streaming for fun, but now I'm basically a full-time creator"
Q: Let's start with a quick introduction.
Hey there! I'm Dora, a virtual creator who streams on various platforms. Honestly, I started streaming just for fun, as a joke. I saw the "start streaming" button and clicked it once, and it went pretty well. I guess I got lucky! (laughs)
More people liked it than I expected, and I was having so much fun too. It was partly luck, but I think this is something I'm actually good at and suits me well. I'm still stubbornly insisting it's just a hobby, but it's basically becoming my full-time job now.

"That casual, chatty atmosphere—that's my streaming style"
Q: What do you consider most important in your streaming?
Comfort. Absolutely. I communicate naturally as myself. I mix casual and formal speech with my fans, and I joke around a lot.
I do viewer participation content occasionally, and I try to make the atmosphere as approachable as possible.
Q: What are the advantages of your streaming style?
Since the atmosphere is comfortable, when someone crosses the line or gets too harsh during streams, I can naturally just say "Don't do that~" in a nagging way. I don't have to be stiffly authoritative, but I also don't just let it slide.
Usually when the streaming atmosphere is quiet or formal, it's hard to address those situations directly, and you end up just banning people or ignoring them. But I prefer the approach of talking directly and setting boundaries together. Because of that, those people often listen to me and change, then continue being part of the community.
Thanks to this, I have many fans who've been watching consistently for years, and I've been able to stream for a long time without stress. This atmosphere itself seems to have the power to turn streaming into a 'long-lasting relationship.'
"Fancim M is comfortable, casual, and suits me perfectly"
Q: How do you mainly use Fancim M?
I mostly just use the chat feature. But that alone is enough. I reply to messages fans send, and I casually share daily life photos. Fans seem to prefer just chatting comfortably like texting anyway.
When I send little photos of what I ate today, they love it, and they enjoy these casual daily life shares. I use it comfortably and fans appreciate it, so that seems really good.

Q: What's another thing you like about Fancim M?
It makes me feel 'like a celebrity'! (laughs) Fans like that feeling too. Since we can exchange messages in a tone similar to those bubble apps that celebrities use, I end up joking around a lot more. That's fun too.
Also, with Discord, all the fans' messages are visible to each other, so sometimes there would be drama or uncomfortable situations. With Fancim M, fans' messages aren't shared with each other, so I can communicate much more comfortably without those worries. I can just see them and react appropriately, or not respond if I don't need to. I especially like that aspect.
"If you want to stream long-term, not overexerting yourself is most important"
Q: What advice would you give to creators who are just starting to stream?
Don't take what people say too much to heart. Really. Chat comments—they're just random nonsense that people don't even remember saying. But if you worry about every single one, stress builds up and it affects your streaming.
Many streamers are sensitive people. They're naturally affected by things emotionally. But I'm a believer in the 'stay chill' approach. I think that's how you get less stressed and the secret to long-term streaming.
If you get heated over every negative comment or bad chat message, you're the only one who loses. If you can't express it outwardly and just suffer internally, you might develop mental issues. It's most comfortable to just think "Wow, there are a lot of Karens in the world~" and move on.
And when you're stressed, don't just stay in your room—go outside. I take solo walks to clear my mood, and that really helps a lot. Even if your MBTI is introverted, going outside definitely clears your head.
"This year's goal? Not falling apart and lasting long"
Q: What are your personal goals for 2025?
Before, my goals were like 'reach tens of thousands of subscribers!' But not anymore. Now my goal is just to keep going long-term. Really. This industry changes faster than you think, and people burn out quickly too. So I think becoming 'someone who perseveres' is most important.
Consistently, at my own pace, without falling apart. That's my personal goal and my responsibility to my fans. I'll keep streaming that way.
